Counselling sessions last 50 minutes, normally on a weekly basis at a time agreed between us. I am offering counselling sessions face to face via telephone or online video which ever feels right for you..
I charge £50 per session.
However, the first session will be charged at £30 and is an opportunity for you to understand how I work, ask any questions you may have, discuss your needs and what you would like to get out of the counselling process.
