I am here to listen and support you through your challenges. The therapy process is about creating a trusting relationship in which we can work together in an open and respectful way to enable you to be able to safely explore the issues that you chose to discuss.
I hope our work will enable you to reflect on what is troubling you and feel unburdened, whether it is through making a change, or gaining acceptance of a life event, but most importantly to become able to positively move forward in your life.

Counselling is available face-to-face from my private practice at home (when possible), or via online (Zoom) or telephone. Sessions can be short or long-term depending on your personal requirements.
