I am here to listen and support you through your challenges. The therapy process is about creating a trusting relationship in which we can work together in an open and respectful way to enable you to be able to explore the issues that you chose to discuss. As a Counsellor I believe that you have the resources to enable you to make the right decisions for you and together we will explore your situation and find your own understanding, rather than offering you advice or telling you what to do.
I hope our work will enable you to reflect on what is troubling you and feel unburdened, whether it is through making a change, or gaining acceptance of a life event, but most importantly to become able to positively move forward in your life.

Counselling is available face-to-face from my private practice at home (when possible), or via online or telephone. Sessions can be short or long-term depending on your personal requirements.
